Dietary and Medical Meals
Fruit Platter Meal (FPML)
This meal mainly contains seasonal fruits and is suitable for passengers who are fasting or having special dietary needs.
Gluten free meal (GFML)
This meal is suitable for passengers requiring a gluten-free diet. However, we do include milk and dairy products, eggs, meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, rice and corn which are free from gluten.
Low fat meal (LFML)
This is a polyunsaturated fat diet. The meal consists of food containing a greater proportion of fiber and essential nutrients. It does not contain butter, cream, egg yolks, fried food and shellfish.
Non-lactose meal (NLML)
This meal is suitable for passengers who are lactose-intolerant, no dairy products such as butter, cheese, cream, yoghurt, casein, whey, skimmed milk, non-fat milk solids and other milk derivatives are used in preparation of this meal.
Diabetic-Friendly Meal (DBML)
This is suitable for passengers with diabetes or requiring a nutritionally balanced meal low in sugar. Sugar substitutes are used when necessary.
