Passenger assistance from SriLankan Airlines



Colombo April 21, 2019: SriLankan Airlines has taken all necessary measures to ensure the safety, care and convenience of its passengers under prevailing circumstances. As such, its Colombo, Galle and Katunayake ticket offices are currently providing passenger assistance by handling their queries whilst the Airline’s Airport Ticket Office continues to assist walk-in passengers at BIA.

The Airlines’ Global Contact Centre is operational 24/7 whilst an additional team has been deployed for passenger assistance, should a need arise.

The Airline ensures passengers of all airlines departing Colombo’s Bandaranaike International Airport, that they can reach the Airport during curfew, by producing their passports and air tickets to the security forces at check points.

Since security at BIA has been tightened, passengers are requested to arrive four hours before their scheduled time of departure.
