When do I need to arrive at the airport if I check in online?
If you are carrying any baggage to be checked in, you are required to arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes prior to the flight’s scheduled departure time.
If you do not have any baggage to check-in, you are required to arrive at your departure gate at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight.
When does the check-in counter close at the airport?
The check-in counter at the airport closes one hour prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
What should I do when I arrive at the airport?
If you have checked-in baggage, once you have arrived at the airport, please proceed to the “Baggage Drop Off” counter to drop your baggage and obtain your boarding pass.
If you do not have any baggage to be checked-in and travel only with Hand Baggage, you can directly proceed to the Boarding gate. However, please note that the online boarding pass is not accepted in certain countries. Hence you need to exchange your Boarding Pass at the check-in counter. Click here for more details.
What about my baggage?
If you have check-in baggage, you can proceed to the bag drop area to hand in your baggage. If not, proceed directly to the gate to board your flight.
When will I need to show my mobile boarding pass?
You will need to use your mobile boarding pass at the gate. You may at times require it at the Emigration counter as well. However, please note that the online boarding pass is not accepted in certain countries. Hence you need to exchange your Boarding Pass at the check-in counter. Click here for more details.
Can I use one phone to display all my family’s mobile boarding passes?
Yes you can.
What do I do if I can’t access my mobile boarding pass, or my phone’s battery has run out?
If you have already checked in, please provide the ticket number to our staff at the check-in counter. They will issue you the boarding pass.
Which airports accept eBoarding Passes?
An eBoarding pass is the boarding pass that you receive once you have checked-in online. You will receive this to the email address that you’ve entered at the time of checking-in online.
Except the destinations mentioned below, all other airports accept e-boarding passes.
