A travel voucher is a document that has been given to the passenger in exchange of the value of their ticket.
The ticket can be a totally unutilized ticket or a partially utilized ticket. This voucher is valid for 02 years
from the date of issue of the voucher which can be used for future travel with SriLankan Airlines.

Travel voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
Travel voucher | My ticket is partially utilized. Can I still avail of the travel voucher?
Yes, if the ticket is partially used, the unutilized amount of your ticket will be exchanged to a travel voucher that is valid for two years from the date of voucher issuance.
Travel voucher | What if I have any remaining amount after redeeming the voucher within the given period?
At the expiry of the initial validity term of the voucher, any remaining value may be extended for a further one-year period.
Travel voucher | I will not be able to use this voucher within 2 years. Can I transfer this voucher to another person?
Yes, This voucher is transferable, subject to special terms and conditions upon redeeming.
Travel voucher | Can I have all vouchers issued under my name?
The voucher will only be issued against the name of the ticketed passenger.
Travel voucher | Will you be charging a fee for voucher issuance?
SriLankan Airlines will not be charging any change/reissue fees for the issuance of the voucher.
Travel voucher | Will my travel voucher be worth the same fare I paid for the ticket?
Your voucher will be issued only for the ticketed value (Fare+Taxes). Any additional services purchased online will not be included to the voucher value.
Travel voucher | Can I use my travel voucher for booking with another airline?
No. You can redeem the voucher for any travel with SriLankan Airlines only.
Travel voucher | Can I redeem this voucher online?
Travel voucher | The amount of the travel voucher received for my partially utilized ticket is very low. What is the reason for this?
If the ticket is partially used, only the unutilized amount (unutilized taxes and unutilized fare) after deducting the one way fare of your ticket will be issued to the voucher.
